Ouuuuch!!!!!!! I never even knew what one was til last week. And what a horrible way to find out. OUCH! THese things hurt. I've had to cut a hole in my sneaker just to relieve the pain.
Does anyone know what the best thing to do is? I'm told they cut(?) them off these days, right in the doctors office.
